The 9/11 Seaford Memorial Committee is hosting the first annual fundraising OKTOBERFEST at Mulcahy’s Pub on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 1 PM – 5PM. CHRISTOPHER CARINI – The 9/11 SHS Committee mourns the passing of friend Councilman Chris Carini on July 14, 2024. The funeral will be held at St. William the Abbot RC Church and burial will be at St. Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale.

Since 2002, the 9/11 Seaford Memorial Committee has awarded 62 Honorary Patriot awards to individuals, nominated by the public, in honor of the five Seaford HS alumni lost on September 11, 2001.   This year the committee has selected Sergio DeCiantis, Rev. Joseph H. Fitzergerald and Kevin P. O’Reilly as the new 2024 Honorary Patriots. …
