SAVE THE DATE: Sunday, October 19th at Mulcahy’s from 1-5 PM
1- OKTOBERFEST Ticket Raffle: one prize $10,000. Cost $100 per raffle ticket. We are limiting sales to only 150 tickets. To buy raffle tickets, please contact Jack Whidden at jcwhidden@outlook.com . Attendance not required to win. The 9/11 SHS Memorial Committee will NOT accept any of these winnings as a donation.
2- T-SHIRT SALE: $16 short sleeve, $19 long sleeve. Please contact Jack Whidden immediately to buy a T-shirt. NOTE: Volunteers must wear this shirt (it is the same as last year) at the Oktoberfest. We have a very short window to order these shirts. Please have your order in by midnight on this Friday, September 19th. 5- ADMISSION TICKETS: Price – $65 pp, $35 under 21 – To buy tickets, we accept cash, VENMO (SHS Memorial Fund @ SHS_911_MemorialFund) or check made out to 9/11 SHS Memorial Fund and mailed to: 9/11 SHS Memorial Fund, PO Box 2425, Seaford NY 11783. Please remember to include quantity of tickets ordered and your name on all three types of payments. Credit cards will only be accepted at the door.
6- 25th ANNIVERSARY COMMEMORATIVE COIN SALE: We will have the newly designed 25th Anniversary Commemorative Coin for sale ($25) at the event. Please see or email Phil Nicola for information (pnicola@natca.net)
